Indeed! I used to own that Germany set until my old computer completely crashed on me and I lost it forever. That set had an amazing performance of Suburbia on it. The day I find that set again is the day I can feel whole again.

 

Oh...Hi, everyone. First post. Glad to be here.

 

I'm hoping he returns to NY to do a show. I was so pissed I had to miss the last time he was in town.

 

It's funny how you guys mention NY being so bad with crime. I expected it to be worse when I moved to NY, but strangely enough I feel safer here than I did in certain parts of Texas where I grew up.

 

 

I was only mentioning nyc relative to Toronto lol! NYC is no paradise but it's not the worst.

 

I used to have that set too(someone definitely has it here, when your settled in you should be able to ask for it on super secret forum!) the rendering of Suburbia with the extended lyrics(which are awesome and should be a song of themselves, is awesome.

 

 

welcome to the site and when can you start feeding your avatar? 6am? 7am? 12pm? I've always found the not after midnight thing very lacking in information.

Agreed about the extended lyrics!

 

As for my avatar, really it just depends on when sunlight breaks (just don't get them in sunlight).

I would love to see Matt swing back through Vancouver Island again. Last year he played Victoria and Nanaimo, the Victoria crowd seemed more into it, But the Port Theatre is a tough venue to really get into the music. This year I'd definatly go see him in Vancouver as well though, the more Matt the better. I think I paid about $30 dollars for tickets, which compared to some bands who want $150 plus is rediculous, Plus Matt switches sets every show, so you always get more than your moneys worth by attending multiple concerts.

Yeah, I was at the show in Nanaimo last tour and the crowd was dormant, not into it at all for whatever reason. I wanted to go to the Vancouver show but couldn't because of a family commitment. Next tour I will go to a show in Vancouver, Matt seems to put out the extra effort for the big cities. I agree it would be cool if he did a couple shows on the island again as well, I would probably go to another one on the island because I am from there.

Just looking at the last tour, he did at least 7 shows in Alberta and Saskatoon... I am hoping in all likelihood he will plan on doing the same tour... what a way to cap off celebrations for my 30th birthday!! My goal is to hit every show that is within an 8 hour driving distance.

 

 

Oh and if he ever did a show in Finland... I'd be there in a heartbeat!!

I'm hope he comes back to New Brunswick!!!! I was lucky enough to see him live 2 days in a row last year!!! Band (Fredericton) and Acoustic (Saint John)

 

The last show in Fredericton in May was definitely a memorable experience. Managed to get front row for my mom who I have converted as a fan in the past year. A stop in Freddy is a must! ;)

Hopefully he plays Guelph. My mom is moving up there, and since ive given up on him ever coming back to NFLD.

 

Does he usually do Guelph? or where else is close to Guelph? I could bus to Toronto
