The budget wasnt that low. It recieved some good reviews, but just came out in theatres at a bad time and got pulled quite fast. The storyline is great, kinda complex though and may take a few viewings to piece the ending together, it was a little weird at times.

 

I love the 1984 them throughout it though. Much better than the actualy movie of 1984, which was horrible.
