i disagree. i just got the first season on dvd for christmas, and even though i'd seen most of the episodes it was an excellent way to avoid spending quality time with the family.

So far I'd have to say that season 1 of House was better than season 2. Every episode is formulaic to the Nth degree. I still like House, 'cos he's a bastard, but the show ain't as good as it was.

i disagree. when you think about the options of him getting back together with sela ward's character, i think this season will be a lot better.

i'd like to see far fewer lumbar punctures, but apart from that i think it's much better.

okay... with knowing very little of this show... and not having seen a single episode, is it worth it to try and watch it? I mean, obviously from the beginning... i've heard good things... but not enough to really make me rush right out and start... any thoughts?

There really isn't that much of a storyline to follow that you'd have to go and watch from the beginning.

It's basically the same thing every episode I find, it's just that House is a rather entertaining character.
