oh come on. promiscuous is absolutely no different than her previous work. it's all pop. But just because she's selling more albums you can count on people calling "sell-out".

 

when did it become cool to hate "sell-outs"? was it 'and justice for all', or the black album? If anybody cared about Swollen Members, Nelly would have been labelled a "sell-out" a long time ago. funny how that works.

Alot of people said that she has totally changed her ways and became quite the more "risk taker". In my personal opinion, her first appearance in her giant pants had always entertained me.

Some of the comments posted are rediculously illogical in this thread.

Half of you don't know what selling out really means, and the other half are giving her shit for the wrong reasons.

If you all had the oppertunity to work with a producer who is so talented anything he or she touches pretty much turns to gold, not to mention the fact the help and improvment on your own music you would gain, would you really turn it down.

 

Oh yes throw into the mix that her second record wasn't recieved well by critics or fans, that's a lot of pressure to live up to after being thrust into the spotlight, only to have it glimmer out in front of you and then live with it after the choice was made to try something new.

Give the girl a fucking break.
