one of the best looking campuses

i hate western's campus. one of the worst i've seen (although i haven't seen a lot). carleton has a gorgeous landscape and one of the best jounalism programs in the country. our caf food was voted #1 in macleans (but then we boycotted their stupid survey thing and we mysteriously got last the year after...).

Lauren, you judged Western's campus ugly when you walked from the gates to my residence, a grand total of 100 metres.

Seriously.

my sister's boyfriend has been going there for 2 years. i've done my share of walking around campus.

Other than looking like a prison, there are a lot of good programs @ SFU. I personally took the SFU Surrey, Interactive Arts program, which is really, quite amazing, although not as amazing as when it was a TechBC (now defunct) program.

If you're into computer animation, audio/visual production, New Media Design and/or graphic design, I would suggest you check it out.

If you're into charming university towns, a close-knit community, fantastic residence life, and an overall great undergraduate experience, try out St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish.

...

I should be slapped for that advertisement. Or paid.

I'm in my second year at X and I love it. The small class sizes and professors who actually care are unusual at the university level, but X has them both. Getting involved in student services and other societies is non-intimidating and the people in general are super friendly. Honestly, I couldn't see myself anywhere else.

Yeah, but social sci / a&h tend to have smaller class sizes on average than science. Just keep that in mind. Seeing as all 1200 first-year science kids at Western have to take the same four subjects (as well as many health science/kinesiology students, students fulfilling their science requirements, and the old-timers) a first year science course with fewer than 100 people is going to be rare. Although I'm failure sure my calculus class has less than 100 people. Or maybe it's just that less than 100 people tend to show up. Either way it's a fraction of the size of my big three lectures.

some schools have bigger class sizes than others. fewer people go to carleton than western so it makes sense that my class sizes would be smaller. we do have psych classes that have 400+ but luckily i am not in anything that size.

i think its a relatively small university. most people looking to go to school in ottawa go to ottawa u. i was just following the ex here and i'm really happy here. i don't know why he chose here... i think he liked their bachlor of humanities program.

The problem with Winnipeg is that you have to interact with people.

The problem with the rest of Saskatchewan is the soul-crushing flatness.

EDIT: As flat as a white girl's ass. Or an asian girl's chest. You get the idea.

No, the people are fine. The problem with Winnipeg is the mosquitos, the extreme cold, the crappy roads, the idiot kids who kill people (but apparently don't know better), the urban sprawl, the transit system, the hustlers, the cyclists and lack of bike paths...

I once saw a hot Asian girl with big tits. It was like an early Christmas present.
